Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. It increases your flexibility and mobility, builds your strength, improves your posture and is a cardio workout too. It is a low impact workout that will tone and define the whole body. The classes cater to all levels of fitness and you don’t have to be a dancer to do this!
