bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. It will tone, and define the whole body. It is done to music and caters to every level of fitness! You don’t have to be a dancer to do this! If you have are recovering from an injury, or have not done strength or fitness for a while, we have modifications that work for your body!
