When the weather is cold, wet and blustery, what is better than doing a Barre class in the comfort of your own house. No travelling time and can do it at any time of the day. This Barre class was a great mix of exercises targeting different areas of the body. I felt so energised after doing this class. Mel is a real pro too. My happy hour for sure!
